I recently experienced horrible customer service. While the two ladies that were meant to assist me, they instead chose to speak ill of me, assuming I couldn't hear them. Needless to say, I didn't receive the help I needed.

For a small town hardware store, they carry pretty much what one might need for everyday things. The great thing is if they don't you can order it and have it shipped there for no additional charges. This store has very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff working there and they are always ready to help!!
