I have been calling EAGLE CREEK location for days. I have left at least 10 messages for someone on staff to call me because no one answers the phones ever!! My daughter has been there for 3 months and still hasn't been to a dentist for a tooth abcess. She has had a tooth access issue right after she got there. At this time if I could I would give them a 0 star rating. If someone from Eagle Creek monitors this review dont thank me for my feedback.....just call me. My # is on your voicemail!!!

This place would not let my loved one get the mail from home. It was returned to my with return to sender on it. They would not let my love one see her family and this facility shipped her and did not let us know anything until I said I was going to the Kentucky Capital to talk to someone

We were lied to from the get go. Dual treatment facility means waiting way longer than necessary for a psychiatrist to see you over zoom. A lot of girls didn't get the medication they needed in a timely manner. I wouldn't feed the food to my dogs. There are no cups. No access to cold water. Ice machines are constantly broken. Only 15 chairs in dining hall for 100 girls. No towels. Bed bugs. No food for diabetics. Access to store once daily for an hour. No place to store snacks if you don't want to eat their garbage food. 1 15 minute phone call per week. No visitation. They say they are faith based. That is beyond a joke. The list goes on and on. Enter at your own risk. Oh, I checked myself in and when I wanted to check myself out, I was told I couldn't leave. This place is an absolute dump.

ARC Eagle Creek has the highest quality of care I have experienced when it comes to residential treatment centers. The staff is kind, compassionate, professional, and educated in addiction. I have spent many years battling this disease and the only program to help change my life is ARC. I felt like my addiction became so bad that I would never be able to get my life back on track, but ARC helped me to be set up for success upon completion of the program. The program has also given me a future in addiction counseling. I now have a career, education, and a fellowship that will not let me fail. I was very hesitant to do a long term treatment program but ARC was the best decision I have made to better my life.

EC has done so much for my life and has helped me to recover from 15 years of drug addiction. I came in looking for a solution to my problems and they provided that through Peer support and clinical groups teaching me the right way of thinking and coping along with church and AA/NA meetings. Staff is loving, caring and helpful. Without EC I wouldn't be employed and enrolled in college today but I am and life looks doable nowadays

Too many girls in one place, not enough staff, they did NOT do the testing to find out appropriate medications that would help the girls, they would only write one type of antidepressant knowing it wasn't working for most, put in transfers to other facilities and never got moved, ONLY got group counseling, no one on one, family tried to contact corporate on many occasions and had no success it was a repeat answer on how to contact them and it just went to a dead line and couldn't even leave message, attempted numerous times to contact main person at Eagle Creek with no return calls. Horrible experience especially compared to their other facilities with ARC. I would give this place a 0 for ruining what could have been a wonderful life changing event for some especially first timers. Shame on ARC Eagle Creek workers for not getting help for these girls and doing nothing for change! They deserve better!
