Definitely get the vehicle inspected and get the bluebook value from KBB.
I almost bought a 2009 truck they had priced at $7999 that needed over $6000 in repairs.
So glad I got the inspection, it saved me from making a huge mistake since the truck was already priced over bluebook.

Pleasant experience dealing with them until after I bought the car. On the way home a check engine light came on for evap system leak. Asked them if they knew about it before hand. They admitted they did and just cleared the code. They said they would fix it. Going on week 2 and they are telling me they still don't have the part to fix it and they are right down the road from a ford dealership and across from an advance auto parts. Feel like I'm just getting the run around now. So this is my review until they do the right thing and fix the issue that they were aware of before I bought it, in which case I'll gladly change my review.
Even asked them to refund me just $500 of the $2k cash I put down so I could take it somewhere else to get it fixed so they wouldn't have to mess with it anymore and just got ignored. Very disappointing to see a business act in such an unprofessional manner. Was going to hold off on refinancing so they could get their kick backs from first financial but I'll be heading to abound this Friday to go ahead and refinance. They will lose a lot more than $500 now.
UPDATE:
They told me they wouldn't refund $500. Found out how much part was and labor to do the job. $40 part and 2 hrs of labor at $130/hr. That's $300. They still wouldn't do that because they said their shop rate was $75/hr. There's not a shop in bowling green that's under $100/hr. Their shop also doesn't have a certified mechanic so they can't charge more than $75/hr. They refunded me $200. Better than nothing I guess which is why I increased my review from a 1 star to a 3 star.
