I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Michelle when I bought my first home last year. She really took her time to explain the process and to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for financing the house. She worked well with my realtor and stayed in touch via phone and even text until the day of closing. I highly recommend her. You’ll be in good hands!

I am one of Michelle’s past customers, and I am coming to her rescue because she told me of these false one star reviews from clients she’s never even worked with. I am a repeat customer of hers and she has always done an excellent job. I have even referred friends and family to work with her because of how well she communicates and gets the deal closed quickly. I would recommend her to anyone and will be working with her for years to come.

The only reason for giving one star is I can not give less. I started a refinance at the end of November 2021 and still have not closed. I have a decent rate but was looking to drop my rate by another point and a quarter and reduce my term. Once my loan got into the pipeline I was informed I would be contacted every 5 days. Perhaps something got lost in translation because it seems more like every 50 days. Receiving communication from this bank is like pulling teeth. I have had a better experience with a root canal than dealing with this division of the bank. To get a response I send a group of emails, followed up by multiple calls. This may result in a generic email asking me to be patient. I have purchased and refinanced multiple homes throughout my life. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and the 19th century way these folks do business has made this my WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIMES. MOVING ON!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been “refinancing” since April and I send emails and make phone calls daily to see what if anything else is needed on my end and they go 5-6 days without ANY form of communication. Trying to call the branch to speak to a supervisor and the hold time is more then an hour. Absolutely the worst decision I’ve ever made is to refinance with them. They hold my current mortgage, car loan and two checking accounts which is the ONLY reason I went with them. Loyalty. Learned my lesson.

I agree with these other complaints. I asked specifically not to pull my credit report a 2nd time. They did pull it a 2nd time and caused my score to go down which ultimately caused my chances of a loan to fail. Thumbs down!

Absolutely the worst service ever. I applied to refinance my home in January. Now 4 months later in May we are set to close this week. Horrible communication. Not up front with closing cost information. The processor that initially started my loan was incompetent. Did not contact me in a timely manner to get necessary paperwork that underwriting was requesting. Countless mistakes. Did not answer phone calls and did not receive calls back after leaving voicemail. If you're looking to close a loan on time DO NOT CHOOSE US BANK!!! My first mortgage did not close on time with US Bank either. That loan took 2 months to close and my refi took 4 month! Absolutely unacceptable.
