Speaking for many people that work for this company. The goals they set for everyone to meet especially for mortgage collectors is absolutely unrealistic. I know people that have perfect scores, yet they set up new rules that can’t seem to be met. I personally know mortgage collectors that are being threatened about losing their jobs simply for the fact they are receiving calls that are for completely different departments and that’s then being deducted off their scores. Terrible company. Who ever calls the shots really needs to rethink what they’re doing to this company and how it’s affecting the said people that work for them. Pretty sad when people have to take non stop calls all day trying to help people not to lose their homes then turn around and fire those said workers whom have homes themselves. US Bank is corrupt along with many other national banks and this needs to stop now.

U.S. Bank on Carter Rd. has some of the worst customer service around. The staff is extremely rude and lacks credibility. Find any other bank in town, seriously!
