The receptionists are warm and welcoming, with one especially friendly blonde lady who enjoys hugging and loving on the pets. The employees who take animals to the kennel are also very caring, with one quiet but reliable staff member who pets and cares for the animals without issue. The resort provides a comfortable experience for pets, keeping them clean and calm, and staff show compassion, especially with pets that need extra care.

    This is the best place in Owensboro for grooming, boarding, etc.

    Pamela the groomer is awesome!!!! She always does an amazing job and my animals love her. I recommend her!

    Super nice staff. My pooch is not thrilled with staying away from home, but he doesn't seem to be overly nervous here. He's clean when I pick him up and doesn't immediately run for food/water
