“I used Purcell Tire and Service Center for the first time today. I called at noon and spoke to Paul on the phone for a brief moment. Showed up at 1:00 p.m and was greeted by James. Before 5:00 p.m. my fiancés car had 4 brand new tires on it, the oil was changed, and the headlight was replaced. They had the tires I wanted in stock and ready to go. They offered same day service and it was the easiest and most professional transaction that I’ve had at a business. Now knowing they offer tires for heavy trucks this will be my go to business for my roll off fleet as well. Thank you guys!”
“Best One is one of the best at getting you in and out fast! I dropped off my vehicle early this morning for an oil change and flush - fill on the radiator. I wasn’t expecting it until around lunchtime, but less than two hours later they left me a message that it’s ready. They are also very reasonable on their prices for their services! “Travel Healthcare worker in the area for a contract. A huge bolt ended up in my tire and had to call roadside service. Was told it would not be fixable by a different source. Contracted these guys based on a Google review that was not.like any other...you will know it when you read it. Integrity and honesty are huge to me. Randell, Jake and the other guys were professional and extremely kind. They fixed the tire in less than 15 mins and had me back on the road. A huge relief as I don't know anyone in the area and very much needed to have a vehicle to get to work that same day. These are my guys while here...only because I can't take them with me. Owensboro is fortunate to have this shop.”
“I was in need of some new tires I called on a Friday they ordered them and they were there on Monday and installed for very cheap but great tires. While I was having my tires installed the gentleman working on my vehicle notice my brakes needed changed. He let me know and ask if I wanted them changed. He changed my brakes immediately and I was on my way. This place is run by an amazing family that actually cares about you and your vehicles. Highly recommended”
“In town foe work, I had a tire blow out. At the end of my work day I stopped in at 545pm to see about getting my tires replaced. I didn't realize that the store closed at 6pm. That didnt deter the staff in any way. Knowing I was traveling back down to Atlanta, they set me up for a 8am appointment. Upon arrival the next morning my car was directly taken into the shop. The care and detail of work done was superb! I don't remember when my car drove so smoothly as I headed back to Atlanta that afternoon.
