We picked up our dog from yawls place about a month ago and we were looking at his new haircut and we noticed on his ear that some of it got chipped off and we aren’t happy about it so we might not return back here. Thanks for what you’ve done.

This place is GREAT! Friendly staff and atmosphere, you can tell that they really take pride in what they do here. Ashley is awesome and my dog always looks Fantastic after she is done with him! 6 Stars for sure!

I've, just picked my Chinese Crested up from having his hair cut. Everything about his experience was more than excellent. The staff were great, Archie was as happy as he was when I left him. This is definitely where Archie will be having his hair done forever. Here are his photos before his cut and after.

We had a 8:30am appointment this morning. I waited in town for 4 hours. I called at 12:30. They said it would be another hour, they hadn’t even started on him yet. I’m not sure why make appointments? I wasn’t told that it would a while or that they would be behind.This is the second time it’s taken longer then 4 hours to get him groomed with a appointment. Sorry but we will not be using them anymore as I can’t just wait around for hours on hours and no communication

My poor little dog ended up with kennel cough and giardia after last visit; the only contact she had with other dogs.

They do excellent haircutting on dogs all you got to do is tell them what you want and they will do it for you nice place to go friendly people

I ask for a fluffy cut on my 3 Maltese and showed them a picture from the Web. They did a better job than what the picture showed. Will be taking them back for every trim!!!

They’re ok for just a bath but I wouldn’t recommending any serious grooming here. It seems they don’t have the skill set to groom long haired dogs so they just cut it all off. I tried this place twice and was really disappointed both times. Won’t be going back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS FACILITY! The worst place and the worst owner I have encountered by far. Ashley is the owner of the establishment and she is beyond unprofessional and in our eyes, a theif. If i could give 0 stars, I would. My grandparents picked our baby up and she asked for the full payment and even tip but didn't mention not washing my dog. She turned him back to us covered in soap and nothing done. Then claimed he tried to bite her. We have the security video of said inicent and she is still holding on to my "dog who bites," who is NOT an aggressive dog and is an 8 year old calm Shephard. The video even shows reavhing towards her once, after she took a razor to him, so i can only imagine it was because she cut him. After that, he went back to being calm. She never notified us of the incident, and called saying he was done and ready for pick up. Upon arrival she asked for payment and tip, still without telling us she didn't do anything. We asked for extra services as well, which she did not do or tell us she wasnt going to, and charged us for those extra services. After receiving the payment she tell us she didn't get to finish him, but we assumed she at least rinsed him off, so imagine our horror when nothing was done to him and he still had soap on him. When I called to ask how grooming worked with her, I was specific and asked if she would immediately notify me if an incident would happen and if they use harness or muzzles, she said YES to all of it. Yet when I confronted her about the incident, she said she wasn't going to have the conversation with me and didn't even apologize or even offer a refund for the services my grandparents paid and they didn't even attempt to do due to her mistreatment of my dog. Please do not go here, for the safety of your dogs go somewhere where a true professional will not hurt or aggrivate them, and where they can handle a situation if a dog were to get stressed out.

They always do a great job on Thor! They listen and anytime he's had a sprig of hair missed(and it's been a looonnnnggg time since that happened) they jump right on it. Great customer service!
