The store has a layout that customer love and a continued quality of products, cleanliness and customer service. There is always something great to find and a lot of fashionable clothing along accessories. The Owensboro store is clean and well stocked and the kids toy isle has popular names from Disney to pbsA. They carry groceries and gift cards for buying things you normally get. A style employee was very efficient and helped finding exactly what was needed, gave a 5 star experience. Security team quickly came to check on a daughter who started choking, gave peace mind. Checkout employee was nice, gave a sticker and talking with the daughter, was great experience.
I have shopped at this store for almost 20 years. I love the layout and the continued quality of products, cleanliness, and customer service. There is always something great to find.

Not enough registers open. Cosmetics area was so messy. Clothing area very messy. Lots of items out of stock or not stocked.
