This store provided knowledgeable and professional service. However, I get awful cell phone coverage, out on 81 in Utica. I wish I had never switched to T-Mobile. T-Mobile tech service just kept apologizing that my area has very little signal, based on their data. So unless you want to be tortured, make sure you find out if the service you're going to pay for actually works well in your area. I was already past the two week trial when we fully realized what was going on.

I go in the store to pay my phone bill and besides the fact that my bill keeps going up every month for no reason, they tell me they just started a $5 in store fee for me paying for my phone bill!! WOW,REALLY?!? Isn't the store there for people to come give them $$$?? So I'm getting charged $5 extra for coming to pay my bill? no thanks, I'm switching back to AT&T. T mobiles service is terrible anyway! I've had so many drop, missed calls and messages that I don't receive plus people can't hear me when I talk. Not a very good experience with this company ?

Great customer service I was having problems transferring files from one phone to the other stopped by here early morning he stopped what he was doing n took care of my problem n thanked me for being a loyal customer n thanked me for coming in.Wow that was service.

Absolutely terrible. T-mobile is a joke. I spend $75 a month on unlimited data for a TABLET and the videos we watch have to load literally every two seconds to the point where we can barely watch a thing. You’d think for that amount of money they’d have working data.

This location is a joke. Customer service is sorely lacking. Went in because my phone wouldn't charge. The phone is months old. The managers response was "See how the charger doesn't go in all the way? There is something in the port. You need to take it to a service shop like Best Buy.". Really? I have been a Sprint customer for almost 20 years. Before this merger, I never had a customer service issue. Do yourself a favor; If you have an issue go to the hwy 54 location. It's a franchise and they are much nicer and give great customer service. This location has me considering a new provider. Oh, and they DO NOT sanitize between visits. FYI

Called to ask about an issue I was having that really wasn't even their responsibility. Guy was super friendly on the phone and instead of just giving me some answers that I probably wouldn't understand, told me to bring it in and he would get me going. Wish all businesses were that easy to deal with. Good karma. Update. Went to the store the next day they didn't know what I was talking about and would not help. I explained the day before it wasn't their problem. They said bring it anyway. Would be glad to help. Lol lol lol. I should have known better. Zero stars. Sorry Tmobile you blew any chance of future buisness.

Jose is very knowledgeable, there is no denying that. I personally feel he could improve upon his own awesomeness if he made an effort to be compassionate when spouting off his knowledge. Many do not know what he knows and are at the mercy of the back and forth between customer service and the store, simply doing as they were advised. If they were advised incorrectly, it is not the customers fault. Slow down. Engage with your customers, relations over transaction builds longevity. We have been with T-Mobile for 14 years, long before stores were in this area. The care customer service took with us each time is what made us stay. Also, customer service went above and beyond with 3 way call to another area of Tmobile to resolve our issue. TMobile is a great company.

Awesome service! I could not have had a better experience. Jose was so helpful with all of our needs. His thorough explanation of our plan and services helped me understand everything my plan has to offer. I'm so excited about TMobile Tuesdays I can't wait to use that! I love all the extras we purchased today (screen protectors and otter boxes) was a great plus as well! Thanks Jose!!

Great staff. Came in and worked with Jose to set up a new accout. Got everything I needed and the phone i wanted. Was in and out in just a few minutes!
