I used the app to be put on the wait list, I showed up after I got the notification that I was up next, I checked in at the kiosk and there was this father and son who walked in at the same time as me I saw my name was on the board at the same time, I went to sit down and they were seen and taken care of and then a couple other people walked in after, I was waiting for a bit longer then usual so I looked at the board and saw my name was not on the board anymore, I checked the app and saw that my appointment was cancelled, I spoke with one of the stylist about it and I believe her name was Delane told me with a dead pan stare "okay you're next" after which I sat back down and waited and waited while other people were being seen who were just walking in for their appointment, I looked at the board and saw my name was the very bottom, Delane even pointed out to the other stylists that my appointment was cancelled by mistake on their computer and that should be seen next, no one even looked at me or apologized, after two hours when she reminded someone again that I have been waiting for awhile I told them to just cancel it and walked out, I have been going this same sports clips for a few years now and after today seeing the lack of customer service or communication I don't think I will go back for awhile. Another stylist Grace followed me to my car where I told her the situation, she was very apologetic and sincere but I told her it was not her fault specifically. She offered to cut my hair on the house but after the treatment I received there I didn't feel right getting it cut there at the time. This is the first time I have had a bad experience there and normally I wouldn't mind if it was a bit of a wait then usual but that just was to much of my time wasted.

Very disappointed at the closing time and the lack of service I got today. I work until 5:30 each day in Owensboro. I don't live in the area so the only time I can come is after work. I've never had an issue getting fit in before the 6 o'clock closing time in the past, but today I was able to get in even a little sooner than 5:30. It was about 5:20 when I walked in and I was told, they had no time to cut my hair because they closed at 6:00. There was nobody waiting in the waiting area, and there were no names on the check in board. 1 girl was finishing up with someone and was walking towards the register with a customer, and the other one in the middle of cutting someone's hair. I don't understand the early closing time of 6 that cuts out so many people from being able to get their hair cut after work, and I do not understand turning away someone with 35 mins left til closing, when there is no line, and a stylist finishing up with a client. It has never been a problem in the past until today. If this is the way you will do business, I won't be back because I literally can't come during "working hours"

Wanted to get our lil guy a big kid cut and let him get familiar with someone else cutting his hair. The ladies here are fantastic, super friendly and so good with my shy guy. He wanted a zig zag type line on the side and they did that perfectly. He was happy with it and was excited when it was time to go back for a trim.
Requested style: He asked for a line he didn’t care exactly what the line looked like just that it had a zig zag at some point, the second time when he came for a trim looked even better.

This is the best place I have found in the area to get a men’s haircut. They do a very good job. My favorite stylist and who I always go to now is Samantha. She is excellent!
