The spectrum WiFi and Internet is suck and badly does not even work play games on Roblox or watch YouTube because it is such a WiFi company. I could give us a ZERO review Star because for Internet and WiFi plus with my family same Internet doesn't work with it 4 will not be working with wifi Internet and disconnected for you game or watch yt. Please don't get what spectrum WiFi is suck and disconnected for games or yt. 100% badly as WiFi. Play games Roblox or Xbox on PC this spectrum WiFi is Suck and badly so nobody please buy the WiFi. Zero stars for this again for PC on computer doesn't want to working WiFi company is badly does want to working at on PC. I am trying to play a game or watch YouTube video. Suck as WiFi company.

I was unable to call my local store and speak to a real human. I am close enough to drive but would prefer to speak to an actual employee of that store to determine if a trip is necessary and or if they can resolve my issues. Spectrums decision to eliminate the opportunity to call local stores seems counterintuitive, as they are a phone company. I spent 10-15 minutes fighting with the automated system before I hung up. I even tried what I thought was a chat line that connected me to articles I could read. I am happy with my service but having human interaction can never replace an automated call. $260.00 a month should allow me personal customer service.

This is the worst internet I have ever had. Unfortunately they had a monopoly in this area. We are switching to Kenergy and are pumped! Also, stop ambushing me in Wal-Mart.
