Called up to see how much a specific item was he told me "19.99" I drive 30 MINUTES just to get there and him be like "oh sorry I meant 29.99." 1st time there , and I'm not sorry to say I will not be going back. It was over charging for something you can find cheaper at other shops around , just smokers heaven was open at the time.

Terrible terrible terrible .i have spent asmall fortune in this place for products that go for half the price theyre asking i have requested certain e cigg parts to be ordered just to be ignored i have asked for parts to the eciggs they sell to be turned away certain individuals snap at u if u dont use the proper term for theyre products no ty i will not be returning

Miscommunication on phone. Ended up buying new mod, because coils weren't carried there for current mod. So, bought new mod. New mod recommends 50+ pg(per manufacturer docs), was sold 65/35 vg/pg on juice(no flavor/throat hit). I usually trust my e cig people. They know what works. Was late, I'm sure they were tired. I get it. My credit card ompany doesn't get tired. Do your research before you buy.

They have everything you might need for smoking pretty much anyway you want. They also said they can change out any pipe bowls or attachments to one you want if they have the fitting.
