Greeted upon arrival at the store and we felt welcome. Spent almost 2 hours learning about their products. We weren't rushed and all of our questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. They were well organized and knowledgeable of their products. A good educational sales presentation. These people know and understand what customer centered service is and know how to be customer centered. Bobby and Darren are a winning sales duo. Thanks for being available and making our shopping experience very pleasant.

Be aware when they say the bed has a 15 year warranty!! The pump only has a 1 year warranty!! And there's a reason it does. Lasted 18 months. Yes I did sign the receipt, that's my fault for not reading everything. I'm just trying to let everyone know that is interested in a bed at Owensboro KY not to trust the salespeople. Read everything! Be better Sleep Number!!

Never bought a single thing from here, but seeing how aggressive their drives are I never will. My sixteen year old was driving in a country road today and the driver of a Sleep number box truck tailgates her son bad she got nervous and had to pull off the road. Teach your drivers some patience and that some people do follow posted speed limits.

Great experience. However thought the delivery would be in a couple weeks. As it turns out it’s almost 6 weeks. Said it would be delivered 1/3 20. Since we will be on vacation until 1/7/20, I don’t yet know delivery date.

Limited choices in the store room with no offers to order specific items. The customer service rep was okay, but it was obvious that he didn't want to help as we tried to choose from the selection. Had problems getting our order and finally cancelled everything with them due to poor resolution of the problem.

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT purchase an adjustable base until you have tried the mattress at home first. Because if you buy the base with the mattress and for any reason you’re not happy, only the mattress is refundable. The adjustable bases are FINAL SALE. Save yourself thousands of dollars.

Went in to get some information and pricing when we were looking for a new bed. Sales personnel were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were encouraged to try out any of the model beds we were interested in and were given the full specs and a demo on each one. We had some very specific questions about the beds and all questions were answered. We ended up ordering a bed, looking forward to its delivery.
