I had superior help from a young man named Ty. I just had a new brace made for my foot and could not wear my shoe. This young man picked up a pair of shoes and put my brace in it and it fit! He waited patiently while I took my old brace off and put the new one one so I could try it. Even offered to get a different size if it was to tight. I was thrilled. He was so courtesy and did his job with ease. I look forward to see him next month to get another Parr. Thank you Ty for being so kind and helpful to this old lady!

A lot of shoes to choose from. Couldn’t really get any assistance because the two employees were busy ringing people out. Ended up buying only one pair of shoes instead of two.

Unbelievable experience. I wear large sizes and this is the ONLY shoe store I have ever been to that had everything in my size. AWESOME family owned shop. Isaac was a wonderful sale person and very helpful

I was in town on business and I'm desperate need of a shoe that wouldn't hurt my heels. I found Shoe Stop online and got to them one of the evenings 2 minutes before their closing. I quickly explained my situation and would they please let me look at their selection. I totally knew they could turn me away ,because they were closing as their hours stated, but the staff couldn't have been more kind and understanding! They had me come in and helped me find what I needed. They absolutely didn't have to do any of what they did, but they went above and beyond to help me!! Thank you guys...you were LIFESAVERS!!! With a great selection to boot!! You ladies deserve more than stars ? ❤️

The associates are great. This place has the best selections. The back wall is where you need to start. The discounts are very reasonable. My wife bought some Clark's. Maureen is fantastic.

Went to Shoe Stop today and was in awe of the selection of shoes. Diffenetly going there for shoes from now on. Great staff and very friendly. Loved the selection of Hoka.
