“Dropped off a package and it was very easy. The drop off area is a condensed ship center, like what you would see at a storefront. Customer service was friendly and nice. Parking is limited, only two customer parking designated spots. Pulling into the store was easy. Pulling out of the store is a bit of a challenge because of a hill making it hard to see oncoming traffic.”
“My experience was nothing short than amazing! I had a very important package delivered, but it needed a signature and I didn't know. Got ahold of UPS told them my story, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and going through chemo, my mamaw just passed and the important package was my wig. I was told the driver would be at the warehouse around 6pm and I could come get my package. I arrived at the warehouse, I was an emotional wreck at this point, my brother came with me and as soon as we walked in a lady named "Sharon Smith" greeted us, sharing her story of breast cancer and giving me hope for my journey! The UPS driver had pulled my package to the side for easy finding! I can't praise "Sharon" enough for helping me that day, giving me so much information on her journey that I will use along the way of my own! Sharon gave both my brother and myself hugs and prayers when we left. It was almost like it was meant i missed my package, to be able to meet my new special friend "Sharon Smith"!”
