Latly rural king has been out of a lot of stuff for riding mowers, and I don't know why, and that's upsetting because rural king was Always our # 1 choice. Now we have to go somewhere else.

Love everything about rural king, especially the popcorn. Although they moved things around since last time I was there. I must say the plants they has out didn't look like they had been watered properly and looking like they were dying. Luckily they had just got a new shipment in, but man there prices have gone up since last year. I didn't buy as much as I wanted, to pricey.

Staff is typically friendly enough but rarely do they ever help you find anything. Good luck getting help, you’re on your own.

Huge farm and household item mall. Not well illuminated. But with full stock in everything they displayed. Shoes collection was awesome!
Highly customer friendly by offering free popcorn and coffee. Both top quality.

They did not have my tool, BUT, I got helped so good, I can't even complain. The service was phenomenal. I tried to remember the 2 guys names, but they went above and beyond. Thank you!

Bought a pizza oven from them for a gift . The person I gifted it to sends me a picture of the pizza stone it was use!!!!! The box didn't even look like it was opened they taped it back together like pros . I went to them the next day and talk to manager she acted like it was no big deal it must of been a return . Do you know how embarrassing that is to gift someone something that looks brand new and them send you a picture of the product and it's used and dirty . NO it not ok and then to tell me there out of them to look around myself to exchange it , because also the instructions are missing and the warranty! Maybe you should act like you care about what happened and try to help the customer out !!!!!!! I talk right to one of the managers.
