I don’t know the phlebotomist name that I had today at The Springs 8/19/23, but she was awesome! I’m usually a hard stick, but she got it with no problem and it did not hurt. Wish I could have her every time.

There is generally a fairly low wait time to get in to have labs drawn but getting the results is another story! I have been waiting over a week now for results. I have had my provider contact them and still no results. I have a follow up appointment with a medical provider tomorrow that I needed the results for and still nothing. Their website has incorrect info so it's useless to try to call or communicate with them (I've tried). I have tried looking their number up online and what they are listed as doesn't even show up. I even mentioned to the office manager when I went in to get my labs drawn about the website issue. She apologized but as of today nothing has changed with it. As this has happened another time to me in the past, I would definitely recommend finding another more professional, efficient lab to use! This lab appears to be poorly managed and runned to me.
