The staff were really friendly and very helpful. This was my first time at the location in Owensboro Ky. and I really enjoyed and would highly recommend it to everyone. The store was clean and products were easy to find.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I witnessed a staff member helping an older gentleman. He was kind and helpful, answered any and all questions, and offered recommendations on the product the gentleman was looking for. He assisted him in a kind and unassuming manner, and was very respectful. Good Job employee with Office Depot in Owensboro, Kentucky...you always know how to treat your customers...appreciate you!

My elderly mother, who walks with a cane, was in store shopping for file folders, staples and a notepad. I walked her in the door and asked if someone minded helping her out real quick while I went to park the car.I worry about her falling and not getting back up someday.Stella deserves the stellar award, because by the time I made it back into the store in under two minutes; Stella had gotten my mother a shopping cart to help her walk easier, had started my mother down the aisle, found her the specific staples she needed, and was walking us to the aisle where she could find the file folders of her choice.I so greatly appreciated Stella taking care of my mom and being so kind to take the time from her day at work to treat my mother as if she were her own. Staff is always very helpful and courteous. If the local store doesn't have what I need in stock, I order online and have it delivered. FedEx drop-off is convenient, as well as USPS stamps etc.. My only issue is that their sound system needs to be fixed.
