Can I put 0 stars??? For starters it took 2 hours to do these nail, which do not look how I wanted them to. She didn't ask how long I wanted them, she made me bleed (left thumb pictured), they are completely uneven, and they are extremely chunky. (pictured)

Helped them self to an extra $5 tip after I already made a generous tip on my credit card. Phoned them, showed proof, I walked out with my $5 they stole from me. I will never ever go back.Service: Pedicure

The gentleman doing my wife nails. He was literally paying more attention to his FaceTime call he cut my wife finger it started bleeding. He than put some kind of stuff on it that made it burn worse now her finger is very red pretty sure she had allergic reaction to it

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Ashley or whatever her name is, was rude to me as soon as I walked in the door. She even went on to question me about my choice of nail color and proceeded to brag to another customer about “giving me a hard time” all because I said I needed acrylics instead of properly saying “full set”. Coy was nice I just wasn’t impressed with his work, as it was rushed and messy. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.Service: Acrylic nails

First time ever trying Nail Expo. I was able to get right in, the gentleman who did my nails did an awesome job. I will definitely make a trip to him again to get my nails done.

I won’t go back. I’m easy to please and I don’t like to cause problems, but I got up and walked out on my last manicure. The girl (who has always been super rude to me) was using nail extensions - not actual tools - to pry the acrylics off my nail and it was really painful. She switched for another guy who took over. I guess I was flinching too much for her. I asked the guy if it was supposed to hurt and he said “a little” It was my first time having acrylics removed-it would have been nice if someone would have told me! I got up and walked out. He was nice, but all the women have always been rude to me. My friend who has been a nail technician before said she was shocked they used that method. I’m sorry to all who had given me decent nails, but I won’t be going back.Services: Pedicure

This place is lovely! I go to them for simple things, and my elaborate events like prom! They are good at everything! Every time I get my nails done here my friends are ALWAYS like. "Where did you get those done?!?!?" There is not a better place to go in Owensboro!Services: Foot massages
