These guys have horrible customer service i recommend if you need propane go anywhere else but these people! Like the last guy said "Propane Mafia!"

They are extremely expensive. Not only that I didnt get the notices in the mail saying I owed anything and they came and took the tank I rented. They have my number they could have called but didn't. I have kids too. Obviously they do not care. Not to mention very rude when I tried to explain the situation. They did not care. Propane Mafia!!!

I bought a house in January 2024. I was talking to the lady and she said I owed rental on the tank. I've never had propane new to all this. Now she got short and sweet and really didn't care if I was new no contract or nothing. So instead of having a new customer she wad like if your not going to use it well come pick ut up. Ok old tank didn't offer to put new one in. So I will not be doing any thing with Miles LP Gas

Highly recommend. The service is fantastic. Always polite. Always deliver as scheduled. Had a small leak from my tank and Miles propane had someone at my house the next day to repair the leak and refilled my tank at no extra cost. Would give them 100 stars if i could.

Bought lp over the phone with Miles and paid with debit card that they had on file without my knowledge. Gas was delivered the next day and I was charged COD at a higher rate. An increase of about $57. They lied when I called it to their attention. First they blamed my bank for not processing the charge until the next day. Then they told me the number they gave me was a confirmation number. Not true. If I use my debit card, I always record the purchase amount. Beware of this company. They are deceitful and can't be trusted.

I have been a customer for 20+ yrs. I ordered gas this year and paid with a debit card. Gas was delivered the next day at a higher price. They denied what they did. Liars. Go at your own risk. 0 star rating.

I had sold my place and thought I had enough gas to make it the last couple weeks before I moved, but I ran out the day before an ice storm. I called and explained the situation to them and asked if I could just get a couple hundred dollars worth, more then enough for the couple weeks I would still be here. I was told either pay the 650 to fill it or they were not coming. I asked them 650 or freeze, the lady said yep. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years, don't use this company

Ordered gas on tue January 18th still haven't received gas January 24. They sent gas to wrong address and refused to deliver to right address unless I paid for an additional 200 gallons(their mistake).Highly recommend using a more professional and honest business.

Moved into a new home. These guys send no notice of cancelling service or anything and show up on a Friday morning while everyone is at school and work and disconnect the gas. That means 0 showers for anyone during the weekend. What a bunch of dicks.
