I've had a phone through them for years the service and it was time for an upgrade I go in to get a phone and I got the OnePlus Nord N20 and for some reason I did not get the upgrade price they flat out charged me the full price for the phone so if you're able to go somewhere else and get a better deal I would do it

Coverage is terrible. Dropped calls, missed calls and no service. 5G with this carrier is not fast. Customer service is no help either. Not a good experience.
