Austin (district manager) at the MetroPCS location on West Parrish Ave was great and very helpful, he immediately notified me of discounts and helped me pick out a phone fit for my needs. I highly recommend MetroPCS not only cause of their service but staff as well.

I'm pretty sure they put a new building up behind where this one was. I've been a metro customer for about 5 years. This is my store. I've had varying experiences with staff here. Most were great and others need to find a new line of work. I don't really care for the other local locations.
