Very welcoming and knowledgeable customer service representative. He listened to what we wanted and guided us through the process without pushing us into something we did not want. He explained the pros and cons and presented us with options. A very nice experience with a completed transaction.

I received excellent, friendly service. My salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. I have a lot of back pain and arthritis. Posting on our son’s google account. We went in to our local Mattress Firm with apprehension as our previous experience at another store had left us skeptical. Dave immediately greeted us, found out what we were there for and had us taken care of before we knew it! He is a wealth of knowledge and really listened to our needs.
