Mattresses are the hardest purchase to make in our opinion but James did a great job explaining the Tempur-Pedic mattress along with the other in store brands. Their return policy helps with the decision

Very welcoming and knowledgeable customer service representative. He listened to what we wanted and guided us through the process without pushing us into something we did not want. He explained the pros and cons and presented us with options. A very nice experience with a completed transaction.
