I've had my 2009 Toyota Corolla S damaged twice by no fault of my own. When I presented my car to Matt he graciously gave me an estimate within minutes. He told me when to bring the car (which was two days tops) and drop it off...told me when I could pick it up (which was 3 days max) and they did wonderful work. If there was something they found along the way not pertaining to the estimate, he immediately phoned me. I had no surprises. When I picked up my car Marty (Matt's dad) was there to greet me and he's just as nice and genuine as anybody could be. Matt comes from good stock. This shop is a little gem on Central Ave in the west end of Owensboro and I'll gladly give them a 5 star rating!

Of course other body shops will tell someone the paint wasn't prepared properly. They need the work. Burger King is gonna say mcdonalds doesn't prepare burgers properly when asked... some people want the bare minumum done. Martys will accommodate budgets. I have been there daily for a month, nothing but excellent workmanship. He is there to help the consumer. Excellent hail repair shop as well. I would recommend martys body shop to my grandmother.
