I liked Lowe’s until they put in self checkouts where the employees stare you down while you check yourself out. Reinstate cashiers if you don’t trust your customers.

Customer service sucked at the Owensboro location. One person was helpful and honest. Another one rude and only cared about making a sale. 50_50 on how your experience will turn out!

I wish I could give 0*s. Most horrible Lowe’s I’ve ever experienced. Workers don’t care that when it comes to important appliances that YOU BUY, and they set them up completely wrong!! Won’t help you at all. Just transfer you from one person to the next. Never even try to help!! Worst store ever.

Staff was not friendly and asking if I needed anything. I was passed by many employees. I walk all the way from the lumber department to garden center. One of the automatic doors to the garden area would not open wide enough to get my cart threw. I had to push my 2x12 lumber to another door.

I love this store! The manager of the store is always so kind and he makes sure that the store is cleaned, stocked, organized, and filled with and helpful staff! Always dog friendly too! We come all the way from Evansville just to shop here because the service is amazing. We also love the support and respect veterans get as well. They always have an AMAZING patriotic display.

Wish I could give 0 stars...WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...Trying to find corrugated drain hose internet stated where it was suppose to be..NOPE! on the other side of store outside in garden area...trying to get help to find it was like pulling teeth from the employees...NONE of the employees could direct me....Then checking out self service only and NO CASH had to use debit card....WONT EVER BE BACK!

I wouldn't recommend this place everytime I have put something to pick they say it's delayed or that they don't have no more and they don't say ahead of time instead I have to wait and waste my time for them to go look in back and say that they don't have it.

I was very disappointed today in the customer service. I was trying to locate a certain size post. With no one to be found, I asked for help at the Pro Business Center(where people usually pick up stuff at). Maddy who was working, upset that I was interrupting her entertainment of the old men I suppose, looked at me and just said "What?" Very rudely. I was a bit taken back. She gave directions which was terrible. At Home Depot, the employees go or get someone to help you. That's why we usually go there. Lowes was cheaper. Sometimes a few cents really isn't that much with good customer service.
