Horrrible horrible horrible. Don't get the Pro card they are never there to answer the phone for orders. So no benefits other than having a credit card. Just get a regular credit card with cash back and go to Home Depot!

The customer service here is terrible. I'd rather shop at Home Depot across the street. I get way better customer service and help there.
