Our experience for 2023 has been great! They are always kind and understanding and work very hard to get all the prescriptions out each day. We always choose to have our prescriptions refilled at Kroger on Starlite Drive.

Will have a script called in first thing in the morning, won’t be ready until the next day…..mid afternoon! Drive thru closed regularly. Not enough staff. Don’t have the scripts in stock. There is always an excuse.

Waited 30 minutes in line in the store got to counter 2 minutes before they close and was told they didn't have time before they close to get my son's med mixed and that I'd have to come back the day! 30-45 minute wait everytime! Will never go back!!

The absolute worst pharmacy in Owensboro by far. I’d rather drive to pick my medicine up from another state than to use this pharmacy again. Rude with everyone, very slow at their job waited in line for over an hour in the drive through and as soon as I was next I pulled up to the window after one hour of waiting she looked me right in the eyes and covered up the window with a huge closed sign. No warning no nothing. I go inside to see what’s going on because I’m in severe pain and need my medication and the plus sized thing behind the counter just laughs and says I’m on lunch.

Stood in line for 30 mins had only served 2 customers. Left. Came back went thru drive thru sat 25 mins with only 1 car in front of me. Ill never use Kroger again. Just total worthless people.

Drive through window over the past month is closed, after working 12 hour shifts you have to go inside the store to pick up your prescription and then once you’re in there you wait an additional hour because the line is so long

I have had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for three years. Before that I have used Kroger pharmacies in several cities and states over decades. I can't properly express how disappointed I am in this company right now. They have allowed their pharmacy to get so understaffed that they are endangering the people who rely upon them for lifesaving medication. The drive thru has been shut down. A serious impediment to those with disabilities. Those same people who could not possibly stand in line for half an hour which is what awaits anyone who attempts to pickup a prescription inside the store. If you have any questions for the pharmacist and don't want to wait a half hour to get an answer, you are out of luck. They have decided to no longer answer phone calls. I was finally able to speak to a pharmacist after speaking with a store manager. The pharmacist could not make any promises about transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They had previously failed to answer the calls of my new pharmacist. They are at this point endangering my life by failing to allow me to get the life saving medication I need for diabetes. The pharmacist at Kroger refused to assure me he'd do his job or even take responsibility for his ineptness. He hung up before he even took my families info to transfer their prescription. I had to call the store manager AGAIN to get them the information they need. The manager also failed to take any responsibility for failing to do his job or insure that his employee would do this simple request in any timely manner. He said they were already doing their job. Obviously this was false or I wouldn't have to make five phone calls and lose my mind just to get a prescription filled by a responsible adult. They have lost any integrity they may have had and they have lost my custom. They are lost and I pray they don't harm anyone before they find their way.

Years of terrible service. I finally switched pharmacies for my entire family because the service got worse, even though I didn’t know it was possible. It’s well known around town that this is the worst pharmacy.

This pharmacy needs help! Slow service, won’t answer phone to check status of my order. Went to store and drive thru is closed. Went inside and 8 people ahead of me. 30 minutes later I was served. If you can’t get employees then you need to find a way to speed up the processing of orders.

If i could i would give zero stars. Horrible customer service. They take FOREVER. They never have prescriptions ready. The are all rude. Absolutely horrible. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.
