Be sure to check signs on clothing racks carefully. I recently thought I was purchasing pants for a sale price, but the “sale price” was for something which was for blouses in another department. I had to go to the service desk to have them taken off my Kohl’s card, as they did not honor their sign.

Luv the clearance deals and jewelry...Could really use more selection of boys /mens shoes and definately more on floor help for customers while they shop other than just the cashiers bc if theyre all busy checking people out theres nobdy to get help frm if need help finding things or asking about merchandise

All the staff at the store is nice. It is unfortunate that you have to call a customer service number to figure out what is going on with an online order.
