Sales person Bo was great he took his time explaining and working with our daughter who has autism and was there to purchase a good bed for herself. He didn't pressure, he knew his product, he had other customers in the building but did not rush my daughter through anything. Thank You

Why do I need to call for pricing on everything. I shop online to eliminate alot of the running around and dealing with salespeople. 2nd time I been on there sight there's no reason to come back if I can't compare hidden pricing.

I was recently on King's Great Buys Plus website and ordered my new washer and dryer on line. I knew which brand and models I wanted. I was mainly checking on their prices as I had been to another big box store. Their prices were cheaper than the big box store and there weren't as many extra charges for the total sale. I was corresponding with the person on the website while I was looking. It was past 9:00pm and Matt called me at home to go over the details and questions I had. I have not seen customer service like this in many years!!! I am still in shock about how gracious they were in helping me. I have had more correspondence this morning. I couldn't be more pleased and King's has now become my new appliance go to business.

I gave them a one because of the bad delivery service. I bought a new bed and frame spent around $2100.00 and stil have not got them. Been waiting since march 6th. They told me Saturday it should be delivered by the 8th of April. I'll never buy there again.
