I tried to go in here on day this week to buy some earrings that online said they were in stock. It was 6:45, their door and Google listing says they close at 7. The door was locked & 2 women were sitting inside, looked at me, and turned away. Took my business to a different store.

I just received my engagement ring back after being resized and it’s perfect!! Kay is now located off of Hwy 54, by Hobby Lobby instead of the mall!

My husband bought me a new engagement ring in December, worker was very helpful. I needed the rings sized and soldered, so they had to send it off for two weeks “but it doesn’t usually take that long” and it was promised on a Saturday. I called them on the Friday before the promise date and the lady was kind of condescending and said “your promise date is tomorrow” I called back on Saturday and they told me that they don’t have deliveries on Saturday and said that the ring was shipped on Friday. Why did they not tell me this when I called yesterday? Or why promise on a Saturday at all. My husband was of course upset so they gave him a $100 gift card, which is funny because why would we want anything else, we just spend thousands. The ring was in store on Monday so my husband picked it up, it was beautiful. I have had it since mid-January and mid March it’s already being sent back bc a diamond fell out… when I called to ask what I needed to do, the lady told me we can get that replaced for free… ITS NOT FREE, I paid for the warranty, so another two weeks BUT “it doesn’t usually take that long”I wished we had went to a local jeweler, that provided in-house services.

Very friendly and wonderful staff. We always go to Kay’s. Great quality and selections. My family and I have been buying jewelry from Kay’s 15 plus years. The warranty is great and the prices. It is really convenient that they moved on hwy 54 in the commons shopping.
