Have a iPhone 11, scheduled a battery replacement they was very quick with the replacement. Good customer service. It’s just the new battery hasn’t lasted 2/3 months before it’s worse than the original one I had in the phone.

Great & Honest. Fixed my Xbox & I accidentally left a game inside & it was still there. Just one of those little fears you get sometimes, & I can say they’re great people & got everything done that they said they would. Highly recommend??

Inspector Gadgets, with an s,Please! This place is easy to locate. The "professors" seem to really know their stuff. I went I. For a new phone battery and a new face protector and was pleasantly surprised at the price- only $70 for installing everything on my phone. Wow! The hours are fine for city dwellers, but beware! They close at 4pm during the week.

Went in with a cell phone I attempted to replace the battery on.Asked a couple question and took my phone in. Had it repaired in no time..Had gone to another “repair place”They offered no help but could send it off to retrieve the data…Inspector Gadget for the WINThanks Guy

Experience was amazing. Took my neighbors phone in for screen repair and they fixed it like brand new. Pricing was best around. I feel like they're really here for the people. They treated me respectfully, like a good neighbor, not like a money tree that they could pick every dollar from just because I'm clueless. They beat a competitors price in another part of town by $59 dollars, who also told me they couldn't guarantee the phone was repairable due to it appearing bent. Inspector Gadgets reassured me it was perfectly fine because screen repair came with a new back plate. I truly believe it's because they are good people. Thanks inspector gadgets! You'll have my business next time I have a phone or other device needing repair.

Since living 30 miles away I had to transact this business of an iPhone 6s Plus repair through the mail. I attempted to install a new iPhone battery myself and I broke a cable and it did not go well. So I took it to my local AT&T store where they swapped out my Sim card so I could use it in my old Samsung phone temporarily and then they referred me to Inspector Gadget in Owensboro Kentucky thank goodness. Inspector Gadget accepted my new battery and replaced it also replaced my screen that was required because I broke a cable trying to install my new battery for only $60 all included. They returned it to me in the mail for the total cost of $66. They were so nice on the phone and so accommodating I could not believe the fast turnaround they received it on Tuesday and I received my new furbished phone on Friday. It has been such.a long time since I have received such personal concerned support on the phone. So refreshing. Sincerely, John
