I can’t say enough positive things about this bank! The customer service is first-rate and they truly take care of their community, their customers, and their staff. We have banked there many years with all of our personal and business lending, personal and business accounts, and everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with has been amazing, helpful, and has gone out of their way to help us. Special shout out to Nick Oller, Kelly Howard, Rodney Ellis, Andrew Howard and Chip Pride.

Very unhappy. This bank advertises online banking, but the app does not load and has not for over a month. Lots of comments and ratings in regards, but no action taken. Meanwhile, no online banking.

Need to update your hours online because myself and about 10 other cars sat in the parking lot taking turns walking up to the door only to find both doors locked. Their phone lines are open though, so I witnessed about five us all make the same call asking why the doors aren’t unlocked. We were told the lobby doesn’t open until 9am and it was 8:52am so we waited. Then at 8:55am a man came up, found the doors locked, stood out there calling, waited, and was then let in by someone. I know he wasn’t an employee because they literally have their own employee entrance on the side and because if he was an employee, he would’ve known the lobby isn’t open yet and would not have tried to open both doors in hopes they’re unlocked. So he was let in around 8:57am, I figured okay she opened it up a little early now since she’s gotten so many calls. I walk up and behold! She made sure to lock the door back. Please refer back to how it is impossible that man was an employee and not a customer. I find this location very displeasing. My family and I will use the others from now on.

The representatives here are outstanding! I called my local establishment in Livermore Ky to settle a payment issue, and I was spoken to as if I was incompetent. Upon calling this establishment, I was greeted with a cordial woman, completely ready to help me and get my issue sorted. Highly recommend this bank! I implore all independence bank users to contact here first!
