“Arts and crafts stores are my kryptonite. I came here because they are a UPS drop off point, and I had an item I needed to return to amazon ASAP. I had never done an amazon return at a UPS point, so I wasn't sure how it worked... would they box it up? Would I need to bring my own box/tape? We come crashing into the store with a bag of packing tape, scissors, and a box at 8:15 pm, when they're going to close at 9:00--- we were an absolute disaster, but Sky was so kind and patient with us!! Amazing customer service, and very friendly! The return made it to amazon on time (this was literally the last day to return it, so I'm so glad they were able to process it) and all worked out! We also got some summer garden items for 70%, so that's a win! Always love fake tropical plants!”
