I bought a online item. I came in the day before shopping and asked the cashier working if I could do a return on it. It hadn't been opened and he said yes. I drove 45 minutes to return and the manager refused to refund my money bc it had been over 60 days. The cashier never said that. Worst service EVER WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I've bought several tools here since they opened and they've been great. Last June I was in need of a small grinder to sharpen mowerblades. So I picked up their Warroir 4.5in angle grinder. Worked great the two times I used it over the summer, stored it in its own padded pelican box till it was needed. Got it out a few days ago to clean gaskets off a motor, plugged it in, and it's dead.I doubt I'll be buying any more electric powered tools there anymore.

This is an excellent place to shop. Competitive prices on everything in the store. Great tool selection. I don't have anything negative to say about this place at all. Excellent customer service, always see a smiling face. And always have a CSR ask me if I need any help finding anything. I never have to go looking for someone to help me. And if that person isn't sure about something, then they will find someone who is and it doesn't take forever to get help either. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking at tools.

I have no complaints with their merchandise. My complaint is the customer service I received on Sunday Oct 23rd at 930am. Walked up to the register with 1 item. A $200+ item at that. The cashier was rude. He stayed on the phone the whole time through my purchase. Seems to me I should have been the priority customer and not his phone call. I was neither greeted nor thanked by him. Next time I'll go across the street to Home Depot and get what I need. Harbor Freight needs to train their workers better and not take their customers for granted.
