“I recommend HOTWORX 100%! As a busy mom, the 24 hour facility allows me to make time for myself! The staff are so wonderful and the facility is extremely clean! They have so many workouts to choose from, as well as a free weight area. I also love that they have an app to keep track of how many calories you burn and to schedule sessions. I'm a fan of the saunas, they say "more workout in less time!" I believe it!”

We were immediately impressed by how clean and organized the gym was, how challenging yet scalable the class programming was, and how kind everybody was.A great local gym for those in Owensboro and a nice spot to drop in for those visiting!”
“While traveling for work from south Florida I found this gym and Im so haply that I did. It has every piece of equipment you could want and plenty of it. There are small rooms for you to do your thing and warm up .It's clean and all the employees are very friendly and helpful.. I highly recommend this gym”

“I have been going to the Health Park closer to a year now and the workouts they offer in the therapy pool is phenomenal. The instructors and classes are total therapy all rolled into one. They have a on-site fitness coaches and a gym on the 2nd floor that offers a wide variety of what ever your heart desires. Also Friday and Sundays they offer family night with the young ones from 13 years to 0. Anywhere from swimming to playing basketball to ping pong. I love my healthpark and am so glad I was doctor referred because now I am a life long member ☺ I could go on and on about the Health Park but that name alone speaks about itself”
