Went there to open a new checking account. Was told by the teller she'd send an email and to sit down and wait. After waiting 15 minutes I left. Business must be good I guess.

We have been dissatisfied with fifth third bank for quite a while now. They never have enough people working. Never. When we take the deposit for our office it is very rare that we don't have a long wait. I took the deposit on a Saturday morning recently and I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes! Very poor management. They cut the staff down to the bare minimum and the customer service suffers because of it.
