Seth our salesman was fantastic even delivered our new Camry after hours. My complaint is with Bob the sales manager purposely deceiving myself and adding in an extended warranty without letting me know. He tried to arrange the down payment and monthly payment to hide it the additional cost.

Don Moore Toyota is wonderful and great place to buy a car from. My Sister just brought a car from Don Moore Toyota. She's loves her car very much. Everyone there who works there are very nice and friendly People. Don Moore Toyota is a better place to buy cars and trucks from in Owensboro Kentucky.

When I purchased my car, the people who sold it to me, were so kind and helpful! However, the service desk (where you get oil changes, etc.) is not well ran. Just go to Toyota in Bowling Green, they are fast, accept walk-ins, friendly, have much better amenities (comfy waiting area, better popcorn, etc.), and consistent!

Called three times last week!! Left a voicemail to be called back. Called again and the lady said she would tell the service guy to for sure call me to get tires on my suv. I bought the suv there. Well they lost my business and got tires elesewhere!!!

Called today and requested sales. When the call was answered, I set up an appointment to drive a particular vehicle. I was told that since I had an appointment to drive the vehicle, that it could not be sold to someone else. I arrived for my appointment and was told that the keys couldn't be found. My wife and I waited close to 15 minutes before we were told that the vehicle we had seen online and made the appointment to see was already sold and gone. We were told that a deposit was made a week ago on the vehicle. When we questioned why we were given an appointment to see a vehicle that was sold, we were told the person who made the appointment for us wasn't a salesperson and was at a call center without that information. We drove 46 miles one way to see this vehicle and are very upset about the way this dealership is set up that allows this to happen.

Don Moore Toyota has always been my routine place of service for all the Toyotas we've had in the past and present. On my way in for a recall service on my Tundra, I had a severely low front tire. Made it to the dealership and told them to see what they can do and let me know what it costs. They found two nails causing the slow leak and were able to successfully patch it. When I got to the counter they said I didn't owe a dime. I know the patch work was probably minimal cost, but the fact that they didn't charge me when they had the opportunity to speaks volumes to their priority in taking care of customers.

Took my wife’s 2023 Camry in for 10,000 mile service on 1-6-2023 and they didn’t rotate the tires like they were supposed too. If they skipped that what else are they skipping out on. I didn’t even want her to go there, but she said she thought they did ok for her in the past. I will be calling them on Monday.So I called on Monday and had the lady transfer me to the Service Manager and left him a message to call me back. 4 days later still no call. Guess I will move on up the ladder in command. Looks like they don’t care about their employees not doing their jobs.

After purchasing the car don’t both even trying to call with any follow up questions. You with just get transferred to voicemail to voicemail and no one ever calls back. I have called probably 15 time over the past three weeks and haven’t heard back from my salesperson Jaaron or anyone else they try to put me through. Only helpful person in this company is TJ at corporate that helped me with a different question.

The sales persons at Don Moore are so friendly helpful n understanding, Brandon n David were there to help me through the whole process n was so patient while waiting on insurance n other nonsense.. shout out I’ll definitely recommend n if ever need another, pray not, ill be back for sure 10 out of 10 would recommend…

Constantly having issues with my current vehicle from here. From things being broken on interior when I purchased, but being shrugged off when I bring it up, to the most recent being my Apple Carplay that never works correctly when that was one of the biggest reasons I wanted a newer vehicle. For a while I assumed it was Apple, but after driving a few cars of the same make and model with rental companies, it turns out it’s just my car! Next time I need a new car, I will be looking for a different dealership or using an online dealership.
