I bought my buick encore from them brand new a few years ago. They had great service for that and I had no hard time buying my vehicle. However, 3 weeks ago I started having a problem with my car, and I purchased the extended warranty from them when I bought the car so I took the car to them. They have had my car since, as the part is on backorder, which I understand, but they have not been able to get a loaner vehicle for me as per my warrantee or their own promises. Every time I've called they just tell me they'll have it next week. They've said the car is driveable, but only if you do xyz thing, and I have zero mechanical knowledge or experience and have a newborn, I cannot spend 10 minutes working on my car each time I need to drive it in 100 degree heat. Do better.

The staff was very courteous and my oil change was completed in 30 minutes. Also, we had the pleasure of enjoying fresh-baked scones while we waited. All in all, a nice way to start the day.

no communication, no organization, long wait times, no problem resolution, bad warranty sales and follow through....any other GM close is can use....check you oil levels after service.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle at Don Moore on 54. Our salesperson, Tyler Brown and Jacob who explained the financing to us were extremely good. They were very professional, not pushy, and took the time to explain everything about the vehicle and the paperwork. We were very impressed and will more than likely buy another vehicle from them. Such friendly people. And fast.
UPDATE 7 months later. The folks at Don Moore GMC are so nice. And very efficient. Even though illness had them short staffed, I had a complete 25K mile checkup including alignment in much less time than I thought. And The Overflow Café inside the building has some great food, and very good coffee. What's not to like about this place? Special shout-out to my service advisor, Peyton Coomes. She's great!

The service staff IS competent, efficient, and always friendly. I'm always treated like I'm family.

I had a service scheduled for my new vehicle to be looked over. I thought the AC may need a charge since it wasn’t blowing air like it should. My appointment was for 1:15pm and I didn’t leave the building until 3:30pm. It took about an hour for an employee to even tell me what was going on and she explained there was a blockage in one of the vents, causing bad air flow. So instead of fixing the clog like I thought they would, I waited over another hour for her to tell me they couldn’t fix it and I’d have to come back. They instead went ahead and charged the AC when that wasn’t the issue. The vents were already blowing cold air. It didn’t need to be charged. They charged me $242 for something that didn’t need to be done and wasted my time. I’ve been trying to contact the dealership for a full refund. As I waited I also heard the people at reception blasting customers voicemails on speaker and discussing them in a very unprofessional way, that seems like a violation of some sort.

Bought a car from them 2 months ago with a cracked windshield. Was told it was a quick fix and the windshield was already ordered, and they could even come to my house to fix it. I’ve asked about the windshield just about every week since I bought the car and I’ve been told something different. The windshield was never ordered when they said it was. Finally, the windshield comes in and I’m told we now have to bring it in despite being told before it could be done at my house. So I agree, whatever. Here we are 2 months in and I’m just now getting the windshield replaced. I was told it HAD to be there by 9AM today. It’s now 1PM and I called to check on it. The lady at the service desk was extremely rude and randomly transferred me to someone’s voicemail. Had no idea who it was, what I needed to leave in the voicemail, nothing. I finally got ahold of someone to be told they’re working on my car now…. FOUR HOURS after I dropped it off for an apparent “quick replacement.” This is absolutely insane. Anything to get the sale, but nothing to take care of the customers afterwards.
