terrible TERRIBLE customer service. so rude.i came in to get a hail damage assessment (which takes maybe 15 minutes) and was stopped in the parking lot and wasn’t even allowed to go inside. She stopped in and asked what she could help me with and when I told her a hail damage assessment she told me they take an hour and they stop at three. I asked if I could go speak with someone inside and she starts walking up to me and snaps at me saying that she’s who handles it so I talk to her. Her attitude became very condescending and rude. I understand if they didn’t have anyone to do the assessment at the time I came in but the way I was cut off in the parking lot and wasn’t even allowed inside and talked down to was ridiculous. I had tried calling and scheduling an appointment previously and she was the one on the phone and she was rude on the phone as well.
