Store employee was hostile and rude when customers tried to use self check out even after physically checking a customer out at the self check out station. Another customer walked up to the self check out and the employee was rude and hateful to the customer attempting to use self check out. I advised a sign needed to be placed at the self check out station and employee proceeded to be rude, advised there was one but it was taken down and I advised that it wasn’t the other customers fault that they used the check out because there was no sign advising the self check out was not able to be used. She then smarted off to the other employee on duty advising that she didn’t know what she was gonna do if another customer was going to smart off at her. As if she was threatening me. The other employee stated that regional removed the sign on self check out
that was clearly in service even though the store is claiming that the self out kiosk was out of service. No one is going to care that I say I’m not coming to this location anymore but I’m leaving this review here because I’m very unhappy with how she treated me and the other customers in the store . If other customers are treated this way on a daily basis it’s not going to be the self check out that will cause loss of work for these employees.

The Cashier was very happy, even heard him singing. Great atmosphere, attitude, and service. Absolutely love the manager, she is very patient with rude customers.

Got banned from the store for making the mistake of mistaking a customer with a lanyard as the one with the key to the cashier and even apologized. Yet for some reason even though I asked one question and after realizing my mistake and apologized got banned for harassment. Mind you because I was told the person was a customer that means y'all are having customers stock shelves.which means they aren't paid to do so which is by definition slave labor. And what I find also funny is when I tried to ask the guy what the lady said he couldn't even tell me because she knew it wasn't harassment. His reasons was I was walking around the store. Which I'm not going to lie I was but I was looking for the manager. And that's because their shelves are so poorly stocked that I went to buy a pack of jack links and they were so out of place that nowhere near where they were was the price.

I was just in this store right before they closed i actually checked out at around 9:30 perhaps even later than that i spent $37+ and i got home emptied my bags to find no receipt i was unaware i needed ti ask for 1 i just assumed like every place else they give you your receipt. After checking me out the cashier followed me out to parking lot gathering up carts never once mentioning my receipt. I feel like if they aren't going to just give you your receipt then they should atleast ask n give me that option rather than just assuming i dont want it or need it. The more i ponder this the more angry i become, because; without my receipt if i were to have to return something they will give you a hard time n act like you didnt pay cash for it or like you never purchased it at all. Im considering calling first thing in morning to see if there is any way at all i can get copy of my receipt.
