On June 28th 2023 my mother's home burned and we lost her. Her cellphone was found badly water damaged in the mess. The touch screen was no longer functioning but the phone was powered on. The people at this business was able to repair the phone. It gave us access to over 140 photos we did not have. Thank you to the people that made it possible to save those memories.

I wouldn’t go here to sell devices. For one they barely ever have cash and to their website will tell you all day long that they’re buying a certain device and then when you drive an hour and a half to get there, they tell you there and they’re not interested in it so don’t waste your time

Second time I have had a computer in for repair. First computer need a new hard drive and they put a smaller one in it. This time a different computer that had a terabyte and now it has a hard drive that is half of that. But they fixed the issue but would of been nice if they had the system back to the same specs as I bought it with

last fall around December I traded in my old iPhone for a replacement and was very happy how they helped get everything situated. We were able to smoothly get the data transferred, they were professional, knowledgeable, and I almost didn’t want to leave.Yesterday, I took a friend to do the same, we picked out an iPhone, but this time they wanted $50.00 to transfer the data and so we left. Is it now the policy of phone stores to charge extra to transition your old phone to the new? I know a similar store in Evansville and will see how they do business. I would change the five star review to 2.5 if I could.

I had a phone that would not charge. I brought it in to the store and they recognized and fixed the problem (debris in the charger port, which I thought I had cleaned) and had me on my way in about ten minutes. That included time to charge the phone to make sure of their diagnosis.I would highly recommend Device pitstop.Professional and friendly service.

Great customer service!The charging port on my phone stopped working and Device Pitstop had it changed out within 30 minutes of the part arriving to the store. The charging port worked beautifully. However, my phone stopped getting service in most places. Device Pitstop replaced the port again (with no hassle), and even offered to loan me a phone until it was fixed. Highly recommend their services!
