My Nissan Murano Convertible top stopped working but the guys at Danco came to the rescue! It was a difficult process but they succeeded in getting the top down permanently which I asked them to do. I keep it garaged and have a second vehicle for inclement weather. Thanks Danco for making my beautiful convertible useful again!!!

Would not recommend this business to anyone.I had leather seats put on a vehicle that came out with wrinkles and looked terrible. Rather then redoing it, they assured me that it would get better after heating up in the sun. Over a year and a half later, it looked just as bad as the day they installed it.I decided to give them a second chance with putting on a spray in bed liner. When I got it back, you could see areas they had missed. This time, I took it back and requested they redo those areas. They touched a couple up, but there were still a few missed.I'll never give them my business again.

We took our 2010 Miata to Danco to buy and have them install it. No problem with timing or install. A few months later a piece came loose on the new top. Took it back and they could not find the big piece of plastic that had came loose from the top and would sit between window and seal. Called after a week and was told nothing was wrong with it. I had to explain again and the problem and how they could find it. After a few more days they said it was repaired. We got out car back and the top now has broken rivets and the plastic flap was incorrectly repaired. The top is now very hard to operate and does not seal at all against the driver side window.Buyer beware!!

Danco re-covered a seat and armrest for our 1997 Chevy pickup the first week of May 2021. Left the truck overnight and it was ready on time as promised the next day. Amazingly, they had a remnant of the exact fabric needed! HOWEVER, at the same time, we left the captain's console for our used pontoon boat. With their help, we devised a plan to repair said console. Danco was going spray the hood of the console (which contains the instrument panel) with a bed liner product and paint it to match one of the colors of our color scheme, and replace the vinyl on the wooden base to match a second color of our color scheme. We were told that they complete work in the order they receive it. Having just experienced a quick turnaround on our truck seat and armrest, we thought the console would be ready in a matter of days. Not the case. Made a few calls over the course of several weeks to check on the progress of the project, and received a different excuse each time as to why they hadn't started the repairs. After nearly ten weeks of waiting and MISSING HALF OF BOATING SEASON, my husband picked up the console on July 10. Danco had done NOTHING to begin the process. Before you pounce, we've been updating the boat a little at a time, including a complete floor replacement last fall. We chose to have the console repaired as opposed to replacing it because it is wooden and much sturdier than the plastic one that matches the rest of the two year-old furniture. Sturdiness is important considering that the throttle system, shifter, steering wheel, et cetera are all mounted in and on the console. We might consider going back to Danco for upholstery repairs on automobiles, but certainly not for anything related to boat repairs. The odd thing is that they seem to be well-acquainted with boats and the brevity of boating season since they offer boat storage services. Also have to agree with other reviewers that Danco is slow to answer the phone, if they answer at all. Seems like a business that busy should hire additional employees.
