Waiting in line person in front of me at checkout. They got done and the cashier completely ignored me walked away and got her drink and sat down. I waited a few seconds knowing the items i had required ID then i was forced to use self check... after the computer said wait for attendant the cashier came over said she didn't know how to clear the screen i had to wait for a manager... rude employees who have zero training.

Finally decided to it was time for my family to stop using this pharmacy. Everytime we went there after receiving notifications that our medications were ready they were not ready. Yesterday I waited in the car line for 30 minutes and they told me my son's medication wasn't ready yet after I called and confirmed it was ready... 30 minutes. They said it would be another 20 minutes. We live across town. Then they told me to come inside and wait or come back later. I went inside and waited the 20 minutes. Still not ready... at this point I'm pretty upset because it's the middle of the day and ya know as a human I have things I have to do. I told her I was already in line 30 minutes prior and they said it was just 20 more minutes. She then investigated... and turns out they were out of stock of the medication... and they couldn't fill it. No big deal but it would have been best to know when I called to confirm it was ready.That was the last straw.This is after this kind of stuff happening every month. I'm not sure why I stayed this long. One time they filled a monthly prescription that was a 30 pill supply... they gave us 240 pills. I know that sounds exaggerated but it's not... good riddance!

The pharmacy is always understaffed, probably over-worked, and our medicine has never been ready when we show up, even if we get the notification that it is. They closed yesterday abruptly, to which I understand that there was a death in the pharmacists family, to which I express my condolences. But when we are not able to pick up life saving medication on a Friday? we had to move it to another CVS, unfortunately, and we weren’t able to even get it through insurance because they billed us for a prescription that they didn’t even have ready the next day. They are short and ill-tempered, and I couldn’t not express enough how infuriating they’ve made this experience for us. I’ll never be back to any CVS ever, not even for a candy bar.

Drive thru window has been shut down for way too long. Fix the window. The wait is insane. They should not be called a pharmacy and should shut down and close the doors. Ridiculous.

The last 2 days tried to get antibiotics with no notification that CVS pharmacy was closed the whole holiday weekend. Nothing is said about closing for the weekend when you call the pharmacy. No one answers. I waited and waited for someone to answer. There should be a message stating the pharmacy was closed for the holiday weekend when you call!!!

This pharmacy is the worst ever. They don’t do their job and if we don’t call and follow up and make sure that our meds are ordered we would never get them. Even when we do call and make sure that the script is there and request they ordered the correct meds, they don’t have them and we have to do without medication. The pharmacy doesn’t care, they won’t even try to correct the issue. I have dealt with them for several months hoping they would get their act together but it’s not going to happen so I am going elsewhere.

Easily the worst pharmacy in town. Always understaffed and closed for lunch during the busiest time. If I wasn't required to use them they my employer I'd go elsewhere

I went into the store pharmacy and as soon as I got into line the manager walked out to the floor and yelled they were closing in “30 seconds”. Mind you it was almost 6 when they are usually open until 9 and it says 9 online as well. He was extremely rude to everybody. He even got into a verbal argument with a customer in front of me and continued to yell. He was also rude to all the other employees. When I got to the register they told me they couldn’t help me with my processing prescription that was sent in over a week ago, so I was going to be left without my medication. I then asked if I could grab my other prescription that was ready and mentioned I had a GoodRX code. The girl huffed and rolled her eyes and said “we don’t have the time to do that right now”…. I was luckily helped by one male employee who just sent my prescriptions to the CVS on Frederica. He was the only one willing to help and he even got yelled at by the manager for trying to help me. The entire pharmacy was a mess. There was trash and pills scattered on the floor and prescription bags were in random boxes all over the floor. It was so unorganized that an employee was digging through every box to find another persons prescription. This store is a mess and i will now be going to any other pharmacy than here.

I get text saying meds ready at 1pm on Saturday. I go Sunday and told it's not ready. I drive 30 miles to always have a dang problem with them. Drive thru always a line in store alway a line. This place is a joke but trust me im.not laughing. I'm calling the insurance Co to complain. As well because I'm tired of wasting gas and not getting my meds

Horribly understaffed. If you need your prescription in a timely manner, choose somewhere else. Also, have 20+ minutes to wait (during their slow time) if you need to talk to someone.

This place has the worst service in the world. If they are so busy that they can't take a call for a question, then they need to hire more help! I've called 4 times within an hour, was on hold over 30 minutes and still no answer!

I’ve been hung up on 3 times today, my insurance rep was hung up on twice. They’re routinely out of stock or medications, and do not feel the need to alert customers. To call their customer service abysmal would be a compliment. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Every time I fill a medication (monthly) it’s an ordeal. Never again.

It’s Cause they have the worst system. It’s nothing against the technicians and the pharmacy is at work at CVS. But a drive through should be quick and easy. I should come through and pick up my prescription and then go home. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes in a line to pick up a prescription. If someone’s dropping off a prescription they need to drop it off in the drive-through and come back not wait at the window for 10 to 15 minutes. It is ludicrous. And out insurance only fills at cvs so it’s an inconvenience that we have to deal with. Fix you stuff !
