They are woefully understaffed in the pharmacy, which can only be rectified by corporate allowing more employees to be hired. Despite that, the majority of the folks that work here are kind, courteous, and helpful. Lines can be long during peak hours, as with any business. I've been doing business here for decades. The new pharmacists are much kinder than the ones who worked here in 2023.

I found the front entrance clerk most helpful and friendly! He went beyond the call of duty to furnish me with a couple of important phone numbers and also let me use the store phone to call for a cab 30 minutes ahead so I would not miss my appointment!

Medications are typically not ready or in stock even though the auto service says it is. They also stated they transferred my prescription to the CVS on Frederica. In which that location had no clue what I was talking about and also didn't have medication in stock.

I am beyond appalled at how your associates are permitted to speak to customers.Specifically, Alaysia at your 1221 Frederica location who had the audacity to imply it was my fault that my prescription was not filled on time, even after the pharmacist, Sam, specifically admitted that he forgot to fill a prescription that was called in earlier in the day. She said, "if you don't like the wait, then you can go to another pharmacy." Really CVS, this is how you permit your associates to speak to guests?I was asked to circle the building twice, call my health care provider after hours, to have them call again in order to find out that Sam had forgotten to do this. (Normally I would not be in such a rush, but this was a prescription for anti-seizure medication, that must be taken at specific time frames in the day.) After circling the building twice and waiting in line for more than 40 minutes, I was then asked to pull to the side to "wait" for my order.Alaysia blamed me as a customer for the pharmacist's mistake, and failed to be able to show basic human empathy in her interaction and behavior. Not once did I receive an apology in this situation from anyone I dealt with and when I specifically asked for the associate's name so that I could share my experience with corporate customer care, I was told by the pharmacist, "We do not disclose personal information."Since when are associates not required to wear name tags? Are they not required to at minimum share their first name so I know who to file my complaint about? That ended up being a non-issue anyway, because while Sam was unwilling to disclose "personal information" my CVS receipt gave me her name. A quick google search verified that it is in fact the same girl, Alaysia Williams.I would strongly encourage CVS to speak with your pharmacy staff at this store about professional conduct, and put Alaysia through remedial customer care training. After last night's experience, I will no longer be doing business with this location and I will shift to the location within Target. If my corporate insurance wasn't tied to Caremark, I would never do business with CVS again. Trust me, this is the same feedback I'll give at the end of the year when we are asked how we feel about our benefits providers.

Cvs randomly stopped filling my grandmother’s medications, told her that they would called the doctor about refills, but never did. Instead they just stopped giving it to her completely without any warning, also will call her saying a medication is ready and then when we arrive they say it’ll a few more hours, more like a few more days. Now she is in very bad health because of their negligence, and seems like pure laziness.Another incident that I had with this pharmacy is I called the day before asking if they had vaccinations, they told me they had one, but not the other so I had they order the second one. I made sure to call and ask if they had the shots, they said yes. Upon arrival I was told at first that they had the shots, but then after waiting 30 minutes they told me they didn’t have them.

Denied me my vaccines after I called in advance, I show up they day they have it, then they don’t, then they do, then they don’t. I got fed up and left, I had a heart transplant two years ago, I had trouble getting my heart medicine as well, extremely disrespectful staff in the pharmacy. All need to be fired and replace with better people. Or shut it down

Hey, I stand by this place. People been giving this CVS hard time because they are always busy and sometimes you got to wait in line for 48 hours to get your prescription, but that's only because they are very thorough with each customer and the night shift pharmacist there is a pretty cool dude. ?

When we were struggling to get my wife’s life saving medication, they made it incredibly difficult for us to get. When we had to get medicine from here because the CVS we were using (never again) had closed abruptly, they said they couldn’t fill it because they said the doctor had sent the prescription wrong (they didn’t). Then when they had spoken with the doctors office and our insurance, the total had come out to 5 times what we should have paid, all because CVS had already billed our insurance on a prescription that they never even filled. I’ll never use a CVS ever again, not even to buy a candy bar.Another note, the pharmacist that works there needs to seriously work on his people skills. Has no clue how to talk with people, shows no empathy for folks who are dealing with a situation that is 100% the fault of CVS. I hope that if he ever finds himself in a situation where his health or the health of someone he loves is at stake, that someone shows him more care, compassion, and empathy than he did to us, which was none.

I see why CVS Pharmacy has a 2.0 rating now. I had my doctor called in a prescription for me because I was trying to transfer all my prescriptions to them but they told me it could not be filled because it was too early. it was the exact date it should have been filled. so called my doctor and they said not sure why they would not fill it then called my insurance and they said it would be fine to fill it that day so I called the pharmacy that filled it last time. picked it up that afternoon. I will not be doing business there again. I am disgusted to the way the woman talked to me. not only this but I tried to call the other day and the phone ran for 15 minutes so hung up then today it rang a long long time but not 15 minutes. I am totally fed up.

The hold time for the pharmacy is entirely too long. When they finally answer the phone, you are greeted with very rude employees. I had a very simple question, and the answer was given in an extremely rude tone which ended with her hanging up the phone. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. The cvs located inside of target has provided much nicer customer service.

They take way too long filling prescriptions and they keep you on hold for 5-10 minutes and when they finally answer the phone they just say "hello" and immediately hang up. They don't even answer and say cvs pharmacy.

Although it always always always has a wait to get your prescriptions it is relatively easy to stop here for much more than just medicine

I have been waiting on my medicine for two weeks for it to come in. CVS never even called me to tell me it was out of stock and on order. I went online and seen it. Called the store today and got hung up on twice while waiting for them to come back on the phone. I think one of the lady's said hername was Angie and she sounded rude when she finally answered my question. This is the second time this has happened. Very unprofessional!!!!

Had to put at least one star- wish it could be negative stars. The pharmacy here just plainly sucks. They never mix my kids medicine like their supposed to. They leave the powder in there and act like it's such a chore to mix it. Then after waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally get to the window on my turn and they seriously closed the gate at the window. I was the only car left. Why? They lost my business, all my kids, and most definitely anybody I can tell.
