In response to Terry T.,That is ridiculous, it is always a fairly good wait time in line @CVS drive thru, additional signage at the corner would be helpful. I do not foresee the hours of any retail businesses going back to pre-pandemic because we are currently living in the "pussification of man" era and the "customer is just dead ass wrong, not even close to being right" era. Makes ya wonder what is really going on around here or it does me at time anyway

Cause they have the worst system. It’s nothing against the technicians and the pharmacy is at work at CVS. But a drive through should be quick and easy. I should come through and pick up my prescription and then go home. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes in a line to pick up a prescription. If someone’s dropping off a prescription they need to drop it off in the drive-through and come back not wait at the window for 10 to 15 minutes. It is ludicrous.

My parents went to pick up my prescription for me as I am home sick, so I called the pharmacy to give them my insurance info and they told me just to send a picture of it to my parents and have them bring it in, which I did. My parents arrived and were made to pay out of pocket because CVS would not accept my insurance because it is based thru Alabama. Alabama is where the main office of the business I work at is located. I have not once in the 2.5 years of working for them had this issue with my insurance card. Thanks CVS for being dumbasses and creating more work for me now that I have to call my insurance and get this put through myself.

They just don't seem equipped to handle the amount of customers they have. there is only one drive thru and the wait is at LEAST 20 mins daily. going into the pharmacy is the fastest way to get service. the staff is always so busy that the pharmacy area is filthy at all times. worst of all and my BIGGEST complaint is the inconsistency and irritability that is displayed by an over worked crew to guests. medication is never ready on time IF they even have it in stock... I could go on, but I'm not wasting anymore time here. switching pharmacies and my sincere apologies to anyone who hasn't the ability to do so as well

I spent 20 minutes in line in drive thru. I had checked pharmacy hours and noted they closed at 6. I was 8 cars back around side of building when I got in line. Finally arrived at window at 5:32, only to be told the window closed at 5:30, I'd have to walk-in. Really? Perhaps a sign to let customers in line know you close drive-thru earlier than in-store counter. The clerk rolled her eyes and points to a sign ON THE WINDOW! Seriously, how would a customer in line around the building see that sign until they wasted 20 minutes in line to get to the window? I'm sure the 5 cars behind me were equally as thrilled. I'm reasonably sure I am not first person to encounter this stupidity. Unbelievable how non-customer focused these retail businesses are these days. I will be transferring my entire family's prescriptions.
