Great people and great service! They helped me switch over from corrupt H2O Wireless. You know…the company that puts you on hold for 2 hours, then hangs up on you when you tell them that you want to cancel your service. Yeah, that one.Cricket has been the opposite experience for me. The guys at the Owensboro store on Frederica Street were awesome. One young man (dark skinned fellow with glasses) who’s name escapes me, stayed on the phone for 30 minutes on hold with H20, trying to port my old number over to no avail. It wasn’t his fault, and I gave him an “A” for effort, in which I had no choice but to choose a new number at that point, because from my past experience with H20, getting someone on the phone just wasn’t going to happen.I even showed up on customer appreciation day and got a free burrito from the Real Hacienda truck. Plus I had a chance to spin their wheel for a free gift card that unfortunately I didn’t win.Bottom line here…they do a lot for their customers, and their service is top notch in terms of clarity and other free perks like visual voice mail and an organized app that is easy to set up. There’s also an option of reoccurring bill pay, via debit or credit card that gives you 5 dollars off a month. Cool place!

My fiancé’s phone has been locked up since 2012 we have been to many cricket stores but whenever we finally came to the one on Fredrica Kae helped us out so much she called Apple and unlocked my fiancé’s phone and set us up with a brand new iPhone 11 thank you very much cricket wireless for being there for us
