I use this service rarely have a problem with signal or anything else with cricket. I had a issue with a bad phone i had bought a factory defect. The staff worked very hard with corporate to fix my problem. They staff at the store is outstanding and will go the extra mile to help you!

I went into shop today prepared to spend more money to purchase a new phone because mine was not working properly. The staff took my phone, cleaned it and returned to me in proper working order. These people are the greatest!!!
