Beds were comfy. Had an easy check in. Breakfast was hot and had variety but a little more stock would have been nice. Room was a good size. Needed a bit more detailed cleaning though. But the linens were very clean. Large stains on the sofa cushion and hall carpet. The TV was in Spanish audio until we figured it out. Indoor pool is saltwater but cloudy. Jacuzzi was out of order. Room seemed dark even with lights on. Not sure I'd stay again.

The staff was great!
The rooms were terrible. There were clothes in the drawer from previous guests. Floors were stained, mold in the windows, and mold the bathroom. The pool left us feeling slimy. The comforters were wet. The sheets were stained. We will not be back

This location is a disaster.
Don't waste your money staying here.
The location is out dated and needs extensive repair!
We had reserved two rooms. Upon arrival there was a musty/moldy smell when we walked in the hotel. When we went to our rooms we found they also smelled bad. The floors were dirty and stained. When we found a pubic hair in one of the beds and that the pull out bed was had used linens as well, we asked for new rooms.
We were give two more, which were no better. We then went with the front desk lady (Abby - who was VERY HELPFUL) to look at more rooms. We went through about three sets and half of the room pull outs also had used linens. Even she stated this was not acceptable and commented on the smell of one of the rooms (like bleach).
We finally settled for the best out of the subpar rooms. See photos for the best of the worst.
Dirty bathroom vent, dirty a/c vent, non-working outlets, non-working lamps, huge holes in window screens, stained chair seats, torn comforter, 2 bulbs out in the bathroom, mold all over the shower head, etc.
Also, the mattresses were in a plastic covering which would indicate trying to kill bed bugs?
The breakfast was hit and miss. You could tell the food wasn't always fresh.
They had no conditioner. The ice machine on level 2 was not working. This place is sketchy!
Of course they don't ask you how your stay was when you check out. They already know the answer and it's not good.
We're definitely going to ask for a partial refund for this stay. Luckily, we were gone most of the days of our stay here. We will NEVER return.

We only spent one night here but it was wonderful. It was close to everything. Shopping... church... family. We didn't get to use the pool but maybe next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was a HUGE disappointment. The chairs were filthy. Our room was not cleaned well. One day we only received hand towels and wash cloths. When we went to the desk there was rarely anyone there. The door would only lock with the deadbolt and on the top security lock the screws were literally pulling out. In all honesty, the breakfast bar was fine and the location worked for us but we will never stay here again. I truly hope theses issues will be addressed as this location was not up to par with other locations we have visited.

Solid mid range hotel. Nice pool and hot tub, and a hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, biscuits and waffles. Comfort Suites has never let us down as a brand, and I'm happy to say they continue their streak.

This hotel was just mediocre. The room furnishing were nice. 2 beds, a pullout couch, nice bathroom, and many desks. However even though the furniture was nice it was quite dirty. There was a nasty brown and gross towel in our bathroom and the shower head was very scaly. Someone the roof was peeling off, the couch was stained, and there was a booger on the wall. The bed was super clean though! If all you care about is a clean bed, this hotel is fine. If you like am overall clean feel, I would not reccomend it. Breakfast was good!

After a super long day at Thunder Over Louisville I was sore the day after and needed some hot tub time! The king room was super clean has every amenity you can think of! There was coffee pot for tea or coffee with packets for you, a safe, iron and blow dryer! I loved the full length mirror for the closet door! Plenty of space with an extra chair and ottoman with a desk and office chair! Bed was super comfy even though I didn't spend the night I still layed on it to see how it was!! Omg the bathtub was huge!! And the hot tub was the highlight!! Perfect temp! 30 minute timer! Perfect for relaxing after a long sore day at Thunder! Thank you soooo much Quinton for the extra time!! You don't even know how much I really appreciate it!!! You're a life (hot tub-sore body) saver! ? I'll definitely be back!! And I definitely give him ????? and recommend Comfort Suites if you're in the area and need a great clean and quiet place to stay!

While the front end staff was very nice, the hotel is obviously very poorly maintained and managed. The biggest issue probably being that there was NO soap, for the ENTIRE hotel. No shampoo, no hand soap, no body soap, NOTHING! When we inquired at the front desk, apparently the excuse was that the order never got placed. When asked why doesn’t the staff just go to the store and rectify the issue, apparently the excuse was that they weren’t contractually allowed based on their service contract. I’m sorry, but doing the right thing for your guests in this situation is more important than worrying about that. The gym was also not usable due to broken equipment.

WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed at. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, & will never stay here again. Booked a suite, only to find out they call any room with a double bed a suite. The room they had us in hadn't been cleaned at all; crumbs on the floor, food splattered on the wall & all in the microwave, the nightstand had something sticky all over it, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, sink & shower, & trash can hadn't been emptied. When I took pics & showed the front desk they moved us to another "suite", which was partially cleaned. It still had used soap in the shower from previous guests, & the sofa bed had dirty sheets. The least they could've done was comped the room or upgraded the room but instead we were moved to a room witha view of a storage facility so basically we were downgraded while being charged the full price & inconvenienced. The hot tub was barely warm, the pool was ice cold. I wish I could give negative stars.

Paid a 160 dollars for my brother & me to stay one night , while visiting family.We’re watching tv, tv went out… all night..went down stairs to politely to ask about it.Employee laughed about it said gonna be a long night.I said yeah .. jus paid pretty good money & y’all can’t even provide a simple service television… that works…Not mention no one even tried to get it fixed.Won’t be here again…

And we love the comfort suites they went out of their way for my family and friends to make sure she had a place to stay with her children while waiting on her apartment to be remodeled the breakfast staff was lovely front desk was lovely housekeeping ladies lovely place is clean swimming pool is clean highly recommend it! I don’t know I’ll tastic

I haven't stayed here yet, but with the complaints of the upkeep of the hotel, my guess it's not owned by Americans, I know the foreign people do as very little as possible to keep things nice. The government should step in or even the name brand should step up and tell them they have to keep it looking new or take their name off of it, and lower the prices to a second rate hotel.Rooms: Ok but old according to the reviews.
